My Images
    Question: Why do my images look the same after I've modified them?

    If you've recently subscribed or are using the image modification tools (flipping, shrinking, etc.) within the Picture Manager your images have indeed changed.  The problem most likely is that your Internet browser is displaying the old version (the locally "cached" version) of your image.  Follow these steps to solve this problem:

    Hold down the Ctrl key, then hit the "R" key from any browser

    - or -

    1) In Internet Explorer, go to Tools/Internet Options,

    2) click the "Settings" Button which is located on the "General" tab, and finally

    3) choose the option under "Check for newer version of page" to "Every visit to the page", then click OK.
